In March 2026, digital leaders, technologists and policymakers from across central and local government will gather for Think Women in Digital Government – a dedicated event to champion women’s contributions and accelerate progress in public sector technology.

Think Digital Partners (TDP) has established itself as one of government’s most dependable and knowledgeable events partners. Its track record includes long-standing collaborations with the Home Office, and more recently with Defra and the Government Digital Sustainability Alliance (GDSA), delivering major summits and internal events that consistently draw cross-government audiences.
Whether convening digital leaders around sustainability, improving departmental capability, or facilitating women-focused tech initiatives, TDP has become known for its professionalism, its understanding of government culture and its ability to bring together civil servants and suppliers with shared purpose.
“TDP’s partnership with Home Office Women in Tech was instrumental in delivering two highly successful conferences,” said Sarah Bashford at the Home Office. “Their expertise made the entire process seamless, allowing us to focus on what mattered most. They facilitated valuable connections, obtained sponsorships, and took on the heavy lifting, making our lives much easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner.”
The Home Office Women in Tech conferences and the GDSA Summit were both delivered as in-house events, designed specifically for individual departments. They were intentionally focused, internal programmes that demonstrated how powerful targeted, department-led initiatives can be.
Think Digital Partners believes the conversation now needs to be opened up to the whole of government. Rather than a single-department initiative, Think Women in Digital Government is designed as a cross-government platform, bringing together women and allies from across departments, professions and senior levels to share learning, accelerate progress and strengthen the digital public sector as a whole.
“We really enjoyed the experience of helping the Home Office to create a fantastic Women in Tech conference programme. Working with the DDaT team at the Home Office to create an engaging agenda, sourcing passionate and knowledgeable speakers from across government and collaborating with several brilliant suppliers whose partnership, support and insight made the events an overwhelming success,” said Matt Stanley, founder of Think Digital Partners.

“Since running these conferences we have had a number of enquiries from other government departments about replicating the model for their department and on a variety of topics including the upcoming GDSA Summit with Defra.”
Social value supporting government priorities
Crucially, the Home Office Women in Tech conferences were delivered with the support and backing of supplier sponsorship – secured via social value commitments in commercial contracts – therefore running at no cost to the department.
Think Digital Partners played a central role in coordinating these relationships, securing sponsorship and managing the operational complexity. This model will be carried through to the 2026 event, demonstrating how innovative use of social value can support critical workforce and inclusion priorities across government.
The Think Women in Digital Government event is a platform designed to elevate women’s voices, recognise their impact and build a more diverse future for government technology.
It is being delivered by an events partner that government trusts: one with experience, credibility and a deep understanding of the communities it serves. In a sector where representation matters every bit as much as capability, this kind of partnership can be transformative.
