Verdicts are coming in thick and fast about last Friday’s much-anticipated Think Digital Government conference in London, where public sector ICT stakeholders right across the public sector buyer and seller community met to debate our post-Brexit future.
And the good news is, even if our future might be a bit more complicated than some would like – the event itself certainly met expectations and is being seen as a successful day out of many a busy diary.
Here are just a few of the comments the organisers of the one-day conference and mini-expo, THINK Digital Partners, have been sent so far:
I thought it was a really helpful and very interesting experience that set out many of the current issues in a range of areas. The speakers were good, well prepared and the timing/pace of the whole day worked well. On a personal level, I am never very sure about ‘fireside chats’ and their output in terms of picking up useful information. That said, they were very well chaired and were a ‘change of air’. Plus, I thought the venue was excellent.
Research Impact and Intelligence Officer
I attend quite a few IT conferences and THINK Digital is certainly one of the best in terms of both its presenters, content and the format of the day.
IT Portfolio Manager
I found the topics and the speakers both very interesting – they managed to keep my attention throughout the whole conference, and in fact I would have liked many of the speakers to continue talking about their topics for longer. The panel moderators/chair also did a good job.
Business Analyst – Digital Transformation
The content was great, speakers were very insightful. I also liked it being held on a Friday – networking and learning was a great way to end the week!
