The Digital Marketplace team has indicated that the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 2 framework is expected to open for applications this afternoon (November 10).
The indication, made in a blog post , follows an announcement last week the Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework would open for applications later than originally intended because the team needed more time to prepare changes to the framework terms and conditions.
The closing date for applications for the framework will be December 14.

GDS said changes had been made to the draft documents to clarify the relationship between suppliers, supplier staff and buyers, and also clarify how the term of a call-off can be extended.
The Digital Marketplace team said that the initial term of the framework agreement has been increased to 12 months. The potential extension period of the framework has also been extended from 9 months to 12 months.
