Government technology supplier Civica has formed a strategic partnership with Mobilise, a digital platform for unpaid carers, to strengthen social care support in local government.

Civica said the partnership reflects its ambition to go beyond core operational systems and help councils adopt more proactive, preventative approaches that mitigate demand and support long-term performance.
Mobilise’s AI-enabled digital community platform and Dynamic Carer’s Assessments will be integrated with Civica’s established social care case management solutions. Together, the technologies aim to help councils identify and support unpaid carers earlier, improve wellbeing and deliver better outcomes for citizens, while reducing pressure on frontline services.
The collaboration aligns with Civica’s expansion of its social care portfolio following the acquisition of OLM Systems, bringing together case management, digital engagement and community-based support.
