Think Digital Partners (TDP) is proud to announce its new partnership with The Children’s Society. TDP is aligned with some of the topics raised by the charity and perfectly positioned to raise the profile of some of the great work that the charity is undertaking.

The Children’s Society has one single-minded focus this decade: to overturn the damaging decline in children’s well-being. At the heart of this ambition is a simple but transformative concept: reach every child that is struggling at the earliest possible stage; equipping them to overcome the challenges holding them back and empowering them to lead happy, healthy, productive futures.

A growing concern across the country involves criminals approaching children and young people online through gaming and social media platforms, and in places like shops and cashpoints with offers of quick cash and fake job opportunities, only to use and control their bank accounts to commit fraud and launder money from organised crime.

Young people should be able to be creative, personal and expressive online, without threats from bullies or people looking to befriend, manipulate and abuse them. The Children’s Society works directly with young people who have been exploited online, so they can work through their trauma and rediscover their hope.

Our partnership will raise vital funds supporting The Children’s Society to provide specialist support to the most vulnerable young people. The Children’s Society and Think Digital Partners will share the latest research and data exploring young people’s digital lives, the real-world impact and empower young people with the tools they need to spot the signs and stay safe online.

Matt Stanley, founder of Think Digital Partners said, “We are proud to announce our partnership with The Children’s Society. Their ambition, to overturn the decline in children’s well-being is bold and urgent. As an organisation that has over a decade’s of experience in sharing the latest ideas and research, we will highlight the work of The Children’s Society and raise vital funds to support their specialist work with children across the country.”

Megan Roberts, corporate partnerships manager at The Children’s Society added, “We are delighted to be announced as the charity partner of Think Digital Partners. In a fast evolving world, online and off, we look forward to working with the team to highlight the challenges young people face and create opportunities to raise vital funds and awareness, empowering young people everywhere to have hope for their future.”

Throughout this partnership, we’ll be fundraising, providing pro-bono support and spotlighting the latest research and data from The Children’s Society. Please help us maximise the support we can provide by donating the cost of your morning coffee.

Said Roberts: “Nowadays, we need to be online to apply for jobs, to work or even talk to our friends. And for young people, having a laptop or a tablet to do their homework is vital. Thousands of children are at risk of being isolated as the digital divide widens. Your donation could give connection – a mobile data plan, headphones, a laptop.”
