Totalmobile is partnering with a specialist provider of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for the social housing, adult social care and local government in a bid to help the social housing sector respond to challenges.

The provider of field service management software is teaming with IoT Solutions Group (IoTSG) to help social housing organisations with challenges linked to stock condition, particularly with regards to damp and mould.

The company said incorporating IoTSG’s COSIE Homes sensor technology into the Totalmobile Connect solution will enable proactive remediation of stock condition risks and a variety of regulatory compliance features. This partnership presents social landlords with the chance to achieve full compliance with Housing Regulations, including meeting the requirements of Awaab’s Law by integrating COSIE Homes into the Totalmobile Connect Platform at an achievable Total Cost of Ownership.

David Webb, Totalmobile’s managing director for property & FM, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration. “This partnership is not just about combining technologies; it’s about pioneering a new era in field service management. By integrating IoTSG’s innovative IoT solutions into our industry-leading platform, we will deliver exceptional value and unprecedented service longevity to our customers.”

Emma Mahy, CEO of IoT Solutions Group, emphasised the partnership’s strategic significance. “This alliance with Totalmobile marks a pivotal moment for us. Together, we will drive innovation in IoT and field service management, particularly benefiting the Social Housing sector.”
