Digital identity vendor GBG the experts in digital identity, says it is aiming to build on its record financial results by recruiting for more than 100 new roles globally.

The company has 60+ job openings in the UK, for roles in sales, legal, software and technology development, finance and marketing. A further 50+ jobs are open across Europe, APAC and the United States.
New joiners will be encouraged to ‘Work When and Where You Want’ – a new that GBG says empowers employees to “flex the timings and location of their work.” They will be able to work from home permanently or split their time between home, office and other remote locations. UK recruits will be able to access company offices in Chester, London and Worcester.
“Our team is the key to our success and we’re putting people at the centre of our growth strategy,” said James Miller, chief people officer at GBG. “We want the very best people to join GBG and will give them the tools, training and support they need to do their job – no matter where they are based.

“We understand that the pandemic has made people reflect on what they want from a job. For that reason, we offer a flexible approach where new recruits can work at home, from one of our offices, or, indeed, any remote location. Creating a workplace that supports them to develop, grow and feel more than just a number is my priority.”
Miller said GBG is keen to hear from applicants from all walks of life.
“At GBG, we’re proud of our rich tapestry of experiences, thoughts and backgrounds that make us who we are. Our be/yourself initiative is our commitment that we will all be treated as equals, that we will all be treated with respect and that we will all have allies in the workplace to support and celebrate our differences.”
The exec added that it is an “exciting time” to join the company, due to increased demand for its solutions during the pandemic, and in “an increasingly digital world identity verification will only become more important”.
