Granicus UK Virtual Summit: Partnering with the public sector to drive digital transformation

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the rapid adoption of digital technologies, bringing about years of change in just a few months. One McKinsey executive survey reports that companies have accelerated the share of digital or digitally enabled products in their portfolios by seven years. This applies as much to government and public sector as it does to the private sector.

With the huge increase in consumers accessing products and services digitally, people have come to expect the same customer experience from the public sector. This customer centricity is at the heart of the Granicus UK Virtual Summit on April 27, 2021.

With a theme of ‘Better Together – Partnering with the Public Sector to drive Digital Transformation’, Granicus invites attendees at the free event to engage with central and local government leaders on the topics that matter most for re-engaging the public in 2021 and beyond. This includes exceeding the public’s expectations, how digital can be the catalyst for corporate change and digital transformation in revenue and benefits.

Among industry keynote speakers, the event will feature transformation managers from both Plymouth and Gloucester City Councils, who will speak about implementing culture change in the context of digital transformation and placing the customer experience at the forefront of their efforts.
