To mark the third annual MSP Day, Barracuda MSP teamed with IT association CompTIA to produce research into the changes and challenges currently facing the managed services industry.

The findings indicate a steady rise in the appetite for managed services, globally – managed services are set to be the top revenue generating component for the vast majority of MSPs in 2020.

Barracuda MSP also details a dramatic rise in MSPs focusing on cybersecurity – particularly with the opportunity to help customers secure their remote workforce during the current global health crisis.
