Digital Outcomes agreement to be extended into 2017 ahead of revamp

Replacement framework on schedule to go live in February with similar terms to predecessor as work gets underway on more drastic overhaul for future iterations

Latest headlines from our content partner 'Government Computing'The second iteration of the Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS) agreement is expected to replace the existing service in February 2017, with an extension now in place to allow for the continuation of the present framework beyond 2016.

The Government Digital Service (GDS) said that the availability of the original DOS agreement, which went live in April as a means to replace the previous Digital Services Framework (DSF) with a broader number of expertise and support services, would now be extended beyond this month until its successor goes live.

“We can keep Digital Outcomes and Specialists open for new opportunities until September 2, 2017 but we expect to close it before then,” said the organisation in a blog post.
