Key Products / Services / Sectors (USPs)
Using a blend of our products and services, we can support the complete customer lifecycle.
Through continuous innovation and investment in our products, services and the way they are deployed, we have built an unrivalled reputation for flexibility and responsiveness. Our people have a broad range of industry experience and we are confident that they will be able to find the best solution for you.
Our suite of Fraud and ID solutions use a wide range of data, enabling you to gain deeper customer insight and have confidence that customers are who they say they are. As experts in KYC and AML, our tools and approaches can help you meet industry regulations.
We want our products to be part of your Fraud and ID strategy, which is why we give you complete control over which of our tools you want to deploy and how you want to use them. Our mix-and-match approach demonstrates our understanding of fraud and cybercrime today; we know technology and the threat it presents is evolving and that to combat you need a partner who is adaptable and building cutting-edge solutions.
We believe that the power to our solution lies in flexibility; you take the products you need and the solution is provided in a single real-time response. Working across a number of different sectors, we are already helping businesses increase their customer match rates and reduce the threat of fraud
Products/Services include:
· CallValidate has a wide range of Fraud and ID checks in a single configurable solution, all available in real time.
· Risk Suite helps uncover vital information about the device, mobile and email of your customer.
· Trust Suite consists of two new anti-impersonation checks, EmailID and MobileID. It establishes the number of positive associations between the ownership of an email address and/or telephone number.
· IDVision’s Digital Verification product (formerly Trustev + now including Iovation functionality) assesses the risk of a consumer transaction from initial interaction, whether online or mobile. By bringing together vast data and analytics, and combining insights on consumers, their digital devices, transaction behaviours and known associations, we produce a more comprehensive assessment of risk. And all this is done at point of contact, so you can know sooner rather than later whether to proceed.
