Folio’s digital wallet empowers every citizen to own and manage their digital identity. 

The Folio platform spans all phases of the identity lifecycle, from Registration and Issuance through to ongoing Authentication.  Governments can register a citizen once, for a particular set of services, and then leverage that investment across a wider field of departments saving money and time without compromising the level of assurance. 

Folio harnesses the power of the smart phone, advanced biometrics and AI to analyse and verify critical aspects of a user’s identity, documents, photo id and actual physical attributes.  Encrypted ID tokens can then be certified and issued directly to the Folio app, a secure vault held only on their smartphone, accessible only by the registered, biometrically paired user.

Whenever a citizen’s identity needs to be confirmed, online or offline, Folio manages the consent, encryption and transportation to the relying department. The highest possible level of assurance is twinned with an outstanding experience at every step.

For government, Folio is a modular system that allows the organisation to configure the digital identity solution that suits their needs.   End-to-end digital identity ecosystems can be delivered or alternatively an organisation may only need to issue digital identities or upgrade their verification services to leverage multi factor authentication, Folio can be configured accordingly.
