We have been working closely with governments in Europe and North America for a number of years. Most significantly in The Netherlands where we are a provider of citizen and business identity and in the UK where we are a founding member of the GOV.UK Verify scheme.
We offer identity services at multiple levels of assurance up to LoA3 (UK) and eIDAS Low, Substantial and High. Additional services: Authentication, authorisation management, qualified certificates and digital signatures. We’re compliant to the highest EU standards.

Digidentity is now active in several countries, working for various governments, and we have users with over 150 different nationalities. Our platform, and service, is responsible, for the largest supplier of GOV.UK Verify in the United Kingdom. In The Netherlands we are an officially recognised broker and supplier of eHerkenning (business identity). Last year, our software processed >250 million authentications and protected the digital identity of more than 20 million people.
We are a specialist in authentication technology relating to user login processes. Furthermore, we are an eIDAS accredited Qualified Trust Service Provider for SSL, SBR and professional certificates and qualified digital signatures (eSGN).
Our service works with most browsers and iOS and Android operating systems. It is designed to work on mobile and web with the user able to swap between journeys seamlessly.
Digidentity’s servicedesk supports users (via telephony, e-mail and WebChat) seven days a week (except for bank holidays). 08:00 – 22:00 on weekdays and 08:00 – 17:00 at weekends. WebChat support accessibility standard: WCAG 2.0 AA or EN 301 549 9: Web. We also provide 24/7 client integration support via phone and e-mail.
