We are a compliance and identity management company based in Manchester, UK. We provide software and services for talent recruitment and development, customer and supplier due diligence and workforce management  – including tools to combat modern slavery within supply chains.

Our overall focus is to encourage compliance with government policy in relation to safeguarding communities, businesses and individuals. We help drive better recruitment and working practices whilst, at the same time, protecting the most vulnerable in society from the risks of abuse, radicalisation and potential criminality.

We have designed Spotlite – our Compliance Management System.  Spotlite helps facilitate the cultural and behavioural shift that organisations require to move towards sustainable compliance. We achieve this though a sophisticated combination of cloud computing, smartphone apps, AI and machine learning, OCR document validation, biometrics, third party data, Social media data, blockchain and business process management.
