European governments are making steady rather than spectacular efforts at bringing more services online, according to the findings of a Capgemini eGovernment Benchmark Measurement report.
The report, which evaluates priority areas of the eGovernment action plan, also looks ahead to Europe’s ambitions for achieving digital governance by 2020.
It also reveals that results are only incremental and must be accelerated in order to keep up with the demands of citizens and businesses across Europe.
